About Me

Keane has been active in the mortgage industry for more than nine years and is currently a senior mortgage consultant with Cobalt Mortgage Kirkland, WA. Keane conducts regular mortgage market classes for real estate agents and first time home buyers, is an active member of the Washington Association of Mortgage Professionals, and is also a blog writer for Zillow's Mortgages Unzipped. Keane has been called to provide market and mortgage analysis for several large mortgage companies as well as major publications including the Washington Post. He is a proud father and husband, and enjoys living, working, and recreating in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Sara Shedd

Sara has been in the mortgage industry for 9 years beginning immediately after earning her degree in Business from the University of Washington in 2002.. During the 9 years, she has processed loans, assisted to mortgage planners, and has personally assisted numerous families with responsible and affordable home financing. Her background consists of first times buyers, high net worth clients, and low-to moderate income families.

Sara is Keane’s Production Partner and will be the primary point of conduct during the Pre-Approval process for home purchases. She works directly with Keane in the rate lock stage and overall loan program choice and is there to answer any questions throughout the process as a whole.

During her time away from work, she enjoys spending time with her 3 year old son Sawyer, cooking, and being outdoors.

Cari Cardinal

Cari Cardinal has been in the mortgage industry for over 14 years. She has a background in audit and compliance, loan funding, processing, accounting, and junior underwriting. She graduated in 2005 with a decree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, with a concentration in finance.

Cari currently lives in Issaquah, WA with her boyfriend Adam.

Cari helps facilitate the internal procedures of your home loan. She is our auditor and works directly with our loan processing team , underwriting, and funding.

Tammy Hudson

Tammy is a great asset to our team. She helps handle phone call, meeting requests, marketing, and daily updates. She currently resides in the Snoqualmie Valley. Tammy joins our team with over 20 years of banking experience and customer service.
